IF THE CUSTOMER ACCIDENTALLY PLACES OR COMPLETES THE ORDER WITH AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If the address is incomplete, we will be sure to ask the customer by email to provide a complete address so we can continue delivery. If the customer ignores or does not respond to our email, he will be responsible for the delay in delivery.

IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING DELIVERY

In the event that the customer does not pick up the package for the following reasons:
- Absence during the delivery;
- Provide an incorrect delivery address;
- Entering incorrect contact information;

it will be the customer's responsibility to inform us first on delivery.

After the first failed delivery attempt, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to leave the warehouse and pick up the order within 7 days. Work days.
